of course it may help and make it more worthwhile/enjoyable if you can tone down the promotion and just try and keep it to a sort of in house chat amongst members approach

Looking forward to Masters of Soul tomorrow night - Soul Sam guesting - don't usually go out on a Thursday night, but no work tomorrow.
