Am I missing something or has Paypal stopped the "gift" option.

Just paid for a record and it's cost me to send?

Use the family and friends option.

Fathomed it out, It's because it gone to Italy, so much for the common market. When you add a non UK address you don't get the family and friends option. You live and learn.
