how rare would you say this is and

Wouldn't have thought it was particularly rare at all. Last saw it listed for £25 by JM. Bought it as a new release and upgraded to a demo at some stage. The issue is probably still up in the loft!

i only asked because of the item i saw the other day,

 

 

i asked on there and didn't get an answer,

so i thought i'd start a question myself,

i also bought mine new when it first came out,

i've passed over a few demos over the years plus a couple of us issues on big deal.

never thought that much of it myself,
