We used to knock around with loads of different people including some of the Lincoln crew. I met Eric in the picture via our association with Lincoln and we were friends. I haven't seen or heard from him in many, many years. Does anyone know what happened to Eric? The picture was taken at the After Dark All Niters at Cleethorpes and the girl in the picture is from Hull if my memory serves me right. She was also someone I was friendly with - she was very pretty too! Does anyone remember her?

Remember Eric really well Peter. Danced all night he did, and a top boy.

Don't recall the girl though.

And haven't forgotten your pressie ;0)

Cheers buddy,

Sean

Hi Sean

Good to hear from you - hope you're well. Eric was a lovely lad - a big dancer like myself and the rest of our "team". I can't believe no else has replied - BUMP! :D

I'm waiting patiently for my pressie - I know you're busy. All good things comes to those that wait.

I send you my best Sir. :hatsoff2:

Hello i'm from sunny Grantham and remember Eric well.i met him in the late 70's when i was a spotty youth and i'm pretty sure his surname is Hall.i went to Cleethorpse with him Tony Clayton and Sam Rice a few times.he left me waiting for him to take me to wigan but he never showed no doubt his car fell to bits 'cos it was a proper heap, the hole in the back was so big you could see the road and had to mind you didn't get your foot in it,oh happy days.and i agree he was a top chap.

Was that his orange escort?

My memory is a bit dodgy but it's possible.he gave a few of us a lift omce and i remember thinking it was a miracle we made it ha.

His driving was as dodgy as your memory! He spun it right round on a bend once nearly hitting another car and going in a ditch!

Eric Hall

Went all over the place with him, great lad.

Originally from Caythorpe, moved on to the funky side of things around 84, not seen or heard from him since

He had a sporty escort at one time, he also had a shockingly bad hillman imp for a while.... That could tell some stories
