Wanted: Rufus Thomas "the Memphis Train" 45 On Stax

I'm after a copy of Rufus Thomas' "The Memphis Train" 45 on the Stax label.

 

Must be in VG++ or better condition on either the blue or green Stax label (green would be pretty neat though, albeit a mere cosmetic thing).

Please note however, this 45 rarely sells for over $50US.
