Ted Massey Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 You want taxing for playing this Its the hammond organ in it that gets me. its very popular even in oldies rooms. Des certainly has a good ear 1

Roburt Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 Doesn't sound very soulful at all (vocal wise). The organ is good but the vocals don't do it for me at all. .... and as this is the other lady on the label, guess Beverly was also a white gal ............. Choo Choo Collins (her tracks also written by Hal Gordon & Athena Hosey) .......
Spacehopper Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 was my request..cheers ted...was always my request with des too...love it...even when it was covered up knew it was bev as i can still remember running to the decks many years back now when i first heard des play it..pete lyster and trowbridge matt have also got it down here in the sw know of it selling last year a few times 400-1000!...another one i'll never own...one copy had been autographed by bev on her first tv appearence, cant remember what it said now but it was thanking someone for helping her not be so nervous..think that one went for about 600 have to try and not play 'air keyboards' through the solo! dean
