Very distinctive voice and she must be in her sixties. Don't know how well that will work out and I hope it doesn't just become homage, but Cleethorpes have certainly done it again bringing in an important artist.

Totally gobsmacked and quite emotional.

She left the stage in tears apparently, totally overwhelmed by the fantastic reception she received. It must be one of the best greetings I've heard given to an artist in along time at a weekender.

A privilege to meet ms Swann and have her sign an album for my other half who was distraught to have had to work instead of seeing her favourite artist. I mentioned I,d have loved to have heard her sing, "Then you can tell me goodbye", and was dumbfounded when she said she,d have happily sung it had she brought her guitar. I think it would have brought the house down. The music played in the main room was as always top notch . it was great to see billy and ruby( what a dancer) up from down south and some great mates from the west of the pennines. You know who you are ! To coin a phrase. Thanks ady and to everyone who helped and worked so hard to run and organise.and to ms Swann and her band and backing singers. Please come back again soon.
