I bought an O'jays record of this seller 04/01, was taking awhile so I emailed, got message re hospital and stroke, said no worries, was taking a little while again so I asked if all was OK, got message back from girlfriend (?) saying trying to act on behalf...

Anyway to get to the point I did recieve record a little after that.

Maybe just maybe you have to contact twice?..........

Im awaiting payment also on a cheapie,He did contact me and say he had been in hospital,sent him another reminder but heard nothing.Im not really bothered,Ill just keep it aside for him but hope his health picks up.Its only a record at the end of the day,peoples health is far more important.

Given the circumstances, the guys finances and earning ability have probably taken a knock.

I'd now be tempted to say enjoy the record, forget the payment, and get well soon.

I sold him a record off ebay few weeks ago.Got same message about being in hospital.Received payment after couple of weeks via his brother.Only a cheapie but kept in touch with me so i knew what was happening.

He may take a while to get back but all was ok in the end for me.
