Gene-r Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 (edited) The label typeface also gives it away as a bootleg - compare it to this original demo. Also, if I'm not mistaken, original US demos have "I Got A Feeling" on both sides. Edited February 22, 2013 by Gene-R
45cellar Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 As said above, Original DEMOs have I GOT A FEELING on BOTH Sides More Scans here >>> REFOSOUL <<< Plus Matrix Details
Guest Owen Conway Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 and the date is wrong too.. is it not 1964 or 67
Northern Soul Uk Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 Also look at the position of the title etc. On the original demo the writing is correctly positioned, on the boot some of the writing is missing as it has been positioned too high. It's not likely that a mega professional company like Motown are going to make mistakes wit the positioning of the info.
Dave Pinch Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 the song was published in 1966 and released in 1967 the boot at the top says 1971 on it.... it was also re-released in the uk in 71( tmg 788) is there a proper usa counterpart to this uk issue and is that it in the 1st post and is it a bootleg of a reissue
