As promised, here is part 2 of The Thinking Man's Oldies, I have to say that I was blown away by the reaction to the first one, over 100 listeners in about 18 hours is a record for me on mixcloud I think and loads of people favouriting it - nice one folks. This second part, on reflection, may not be better than the first, but it's still as good. And the fact I've managed to get my external hard drive working means I've got another couple of thousand tracks to choose from which I'd presumed lost. So look out for some more volumes in this series.

Nice set Pete thanks for putting it up.

Fantastic.

I'd go anywhere with a dance floor to hear that set.

Only problem is I wouldn't get off the floor for a bar/bog break til you get to Melvin Elling. :)

Milton James and The Four Sights are both new to me, love 'em.

Got to agree with you on that ,a true dances set it is,well for me it is .

You know what, I've had more people ' favouriting' these two podcasts than any other I've done for mixcloud. But these are exactly the sort of records I'd play if I was djing (if I had the records of course).
