Mal C Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 (edited) that's fine, but its not a really good record is it?? Edited February 14, 2013 by Mal.C.
Tony Smith Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 Not a really good record!! Apart from being low-fi, it is a brilliant record!! 3
Denbo Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 It truly is a crackin' record Tony, one I was after a while ago but then forgot about it, what with so many other 'Wants' clouding my view. I'd value it more at £300 ish, never £500. Mr. H snagged a bargain I'd say. 1

Mal C Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 Not a really good record!! Apart from being low-fi, it is a brilliant record!! I've tried to like it Tony, I can see the fascination people have with it, that's one of the good things about collecting rare soul, there are loads of very distinct sounds out there, but this just never had enough of anything to really grab me to be honest..
Guest Polyvelts Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 Love it - and the cymbal crash at the ending is the maddest soul finale of all time !!!

A fiver from soul bowl. Where would we have been without john? Managed to find the acetate on a trip to NY, which plays with a decent sound unlike the released 45. 4
