Douglas Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Anybody got info on Sandy Yago and her vocal version of Exus Trek, the song is entitled 'Don't Forget Your Coat', Glenn Walker-Foster played it on his show yesterday.
Chalky Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Is the unreleased track Neil Rushton sourced last year?
Douglas Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 Cheers, it's the first time i've heard it, my personal opinion is it's ok but not a patch on Luther Ingram.
Pete S Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Cheers, it's the first time i've heard it, my personal opinion is it's ok but not a patch on Luther Ingram. They released another vocal to Exus Trek a couple of years back, can't remember who it was by, it was a girl though
Chalky Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 They released another vocal to Exus Trek a couple of years back, can't remember who it was by, it was a girl though I heard its premier at Radcliffe. Think that was it's first play. Anyway, I thought it was just average and more of a novelty being an unreleased female. Not a patch on Luther.

If it wasn't, thats what it sounded like.

Chalky Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 Here are the edited highlights the good parts have been edited out ! It's worse than I remember.
Pete S Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 It's worse than I remember. Shocking. All these vocals have one thing in common, including Luther Ingram's own vocal version, they ruin one of the top 3 Northern instrumentals ever made...it doesn't need lyrics, it's just a fantastic slab of music 1
