I bought a copy of this from a friend many years ago, he swore it was an original but the label had come of so he had replaced it with a replica of a "dj copy" label. I have never played this out as i have always been unsure as to its authenticity. Can anybody confirm what the proper deadwax reading should be for both original dj copy and original issue copy please.

The MGM reissue was styrene I'm sure that all the Verve copies were vinyl ranging from very thick and heavy to quite thin and flimsy the latter being a later (re) issue

Hope this helps

a lot of the orginal demos had very bad label damage, but these are vinyl - bought mine after a review by Searling (I think) in Black Echos, '75 maybe? 3 quid from Tim Brown at a Roseroom Sunday session...
