I urgently need to know the writer/publisher/producer info - no valuation or anything else, just who wrote, published and produced it...

Sorry Tony can't help with any info but, I would like to know if it's the same Carl Hall singing background vocal's on MAW feat' Stephanie Mills "Latin Lover''?

If so it must have been one of his last recordings as it was released in 2001.
