Hello motown collectors

Found a VIP record on a fair. "The LaSalles, LaLaLaLaLa b/w This Is True, V.I.P. 25036"

Anyone know who the lead singer of the Motown LaSalles is? Or anything about the Motown LaSalles?

Is it a combination like the LaBrenda Ben & the Bell Jeans?

thanks for any info.

Ah right ! Another chance to show off my vast encyclopedic knowledge ruined. Next week I think Diana Ross was lead singer of the Supremes. ROD

They were a white group. Were Kathy Lynn & the Playboys on Swan and changed their name with their move to VIP (Motown)

And Lynn Terry on LaSalle is Kathy Lynn.

I thought so from vocals but there is a comment on YT referring to that

"This is Kathy Lynn from Kathy Lynn & The Playboys on Swan records. She is from Buffalo,N.Y."

Love that record so much. It's raucous. I managed to accidentally snap my w/d a month ago. Nice to see a pic of them too. Thanks for that.
