This appears to be mint minus but has a hiss for a couple of seconds ( less than ten but i can time it if you wish) and a inch by sixteen inch tear in the lable this could be doctored with the right ink.

02.Elkie Brooks.......................................He's gotta love me.........H.M.V DEMO.

this is a very clean demo conservativly graded at mint minus the lable is brilliantly clean and has a HMV sleeve that quite frankly has seen better day's.
