Premium Stuff Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 I know, I screwed up, i still have it and will attempt to get it back on safely Good man - I used to hate anything on record labels (stickers, writing) and then somehow changed my mind totally and really love the various adornments that there are on labels - mainly on DJ copies of course - especially official stamps, stickers, dated etc. I often seek out these things now Cheers Richard 1
Guest posstot Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 (edited) Here's what came through the door in december....On an RnB early soul tint. Willis Sanders and his Embers Honey-Bun Unart records. United Artists Doo wop rnb mover. great stuff. The Cliques I wanna know why Modern ( blue issue ). RnB, group sound mover. Jimmy McCracklin The Walk Checker. Old standard still sounding fresh. Buddy Knox Ling-Ting-Tong Liberty. Later, Big city feel production of this cover of the Five Keys.( just searched this on the tube, and the only versions i could find sound nothing like the 45 i have, which is a relief.) Bobby Hendricks I'm a big boy now Sue. Bit of a mover, with a feel of Bobby Adams' Don't leave. D. Graham and the Crackers "the Big Al Walk" Dymo demo. Great drivin' Brass throughout on this up beat Instrumental belter. Ray Charles Eleanor Rigby ABC-tangerine. ( Love this version from Ray, Full of soul and muchly under appreciated.)
