Jim G Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 This one arrived yesterday (see below), interestingly I paid £38 (not usre if that was too much), but I bought with the money I got for 1970's yellow label Cantebury repro/boot which I sold on Ebay for £31. I know for a fact there were a few of these and bearing in mind these were all stapled at the top of the covers and Mint. To this day I can't remember what I did with them Doh! but I think they may be in landfill around Louth ! Sorry Swifty

Markw Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Half a dozen purchases arrived this last couple of weeks which probably reflect the fairly eclectic nature of my collecting - I buy what I fancy. Piccies below. - Lee Stone was a swap with an old mate for something which I put up for sale to raise cash for other purchases; he wanted the sale item, he knew I wanted this! - Earl Connelly is just a great cheapie which I stumbled across for the first time last week - Carl Henderson is an all-time favourite classic oldie and was for sale at a very decent price and in lovely nick - The Silver Kings was a Greg Belson spin which sounded great out loud when he came over here last year and I picked it up for a song on Ebay - The Masters was an Ebay bargain - MIke Jemison is one I used to have in a collection long gone, is just a great record and inexpensive; I was prompted to get it again because of the Butch 1991 Yarmouth set posted on here recently But the fella that got Jacqueline Jones for 10 bucks on a 'buy it now' got the best result IMHO. Nice - let me double your money, I will give you $20. 1
