JR Bailey 'Just Me & You' LP springs to mind because my romantic side was touched by the simplicity of the couple walking arm in arm together (see back cover). The LPs musical content, at times, perhaps reflects this moment precisely? There are dozens of examples of touching, striking, and amazing artwork cover designs that I could have chosen to begin this thread with ... but I have, perhaps, stuck with a few obvious ones that I still enjoy pulling out !!! love the 70s gear on these chaps ! "Love is what we came here for" LP again, photo perhaps captures mood of the LP? OK chaps, over to you. I'm currently interested in soul albums from the late 60s early 70s which reference the moon landings in their design and artwork. A favourite at the moment is The Dynamics "First Landing" lp on Cotillion. An alltime classic which strongly evokes all that is contained within the great sleeve is the Darrell Banks Is Here! album on Atco: it just looks dynamic and exciting.
