Guest Paul Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 No, I get all my new tunes from Doun(loa)dland. Paul, you've never lived until you've done the 'see what you can get for a tenner' Poundland challenge, ask Paul Sutton and Miles Eastwick for instructions!! Roger Roger, I buy all my clothes from Poundland, Poundstretcher, The Pound Shop or Everything's A Pound. I always ask "How much is this?" and they always reply "It's a pound!" I think I'm getting the hang of it now. Paul Mooney

Guest vinylvixen Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 Best 50p? 2 copies of the Holidays 'Making Up Time' on UK Polydor in stock bags in MINT condition...they were 50p each but I threw myself on the bloke's mercy when I said I needed 50p for the bus fare home.....that was in about 1982 in a junk shop in Ramsgate. Plus, for 50p in a little record shop in Peckham, the UK copy of Garnet Mimms 'Warm & Soulful' LP in MINT...with Looking for you....that was around '78.... Jo
