There is currently an Impel (Florida Indie) release on auction at anglo american with bids above £400. The yellow Seventy Seven southern regional original is around £100.

Cheltsoulnights Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 What would be a fair price to ask for an original, E++ copy of Ann Sexton - You been gone too long? Ta. Impel copy super rare, will probably sell on anglo for £600+ 77 wd £120 issue £75 (very common)
Derek Pearson Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 Seem to think I've pondered on this question for years and never got a satisfactory answer. Is the 77 release exactly the same as the Impel one, was told the first release is slightly slower? Or is it just allnighter record bar bollocks. And what a truly truly great record is! Sadly I don't think I'll ever own an Impel copy - would love to - but could never justify lashing out that kinda money for a copy when I can get a 77 orig for so much less. Oh well. onwards, derek
