The lead singer apparently had given Angela's characters mum one, behind the Casino apparently! I think Ian McShane was in it as well. Just found it...Soul Survivors

Just found it...Soul Survivors ..Around the same time as the Talahassies appeared in Soul Survivors Leny Henry appeared in a soul band doing cover versions, they appeared on TV but it was cringeworthy and I have deliberatley forgotten their name. .
