It's the B-side of Incense, but called "You're Fooling Me".

Was first released on a tiny Island subsidiary, Brit, and Fontana in 1965, and re-issued by Island in 1969 (about the same time they reissued "Harlem Shuffle", and the infamous "This Is Sue" sampler/compilation).
