Guest WPaulVanDyk Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 Does anyone know why is it when you supposed to bid for some Northern soul stuff on ebay it comes out as straight forward soul, me thinks the seller has no idea of what it is. I won 20 singles that said Northern soul only 1 was.

One man's RnB is another mans Rock 'n' Roll. One man's modern rarity is another's disco drivel. One man's consumption of amphetimine is another man's earful of utter bollox. Rather like this post. Buying blind has it's pitfalls, but there is ocasionally a diamond in the rough. And that is why people have rooms full of records. Many of them played once and filed.
davidwapples Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 many sellers just add the word northern in the hope it will push the price of their 70s disco or motown 45s up higher
