Guest Ferrett Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I'm sure regular 'soul sourcer' Shute used to have this. Think it was played quite heavily around 1995. Same kinda sound as Teddy Randazzo, Gail Wynters etc.

Guest Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I think knowing a record is subjective (you either do or you don't), always thought this was well known ? Always have this trouble when doing tapes for mates etc, i start 2nd guessing what i "Think" they might know !. Ps...The other Annabelle Fox on Satin "Gettin' Through to me" is also brilliant...and cheap.....(i think !)

Ian Williams Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 'Russ Vickers' Hope you are well, missing friends out here & the scene....................AF is one of those records that will alway's remind me of the 100 Club class record. Russ "Lonely Girl" - Annabelle Fox Best place to hear it in the world - 100 Club, the song and the orchestra backing bounces round the room like a bouncy orchestra thing and it epitomises the 1995 era with this 45 and Mr Soul. Absolute pride of place in my modest collection along with Marva Josie "Don't" I'm off to play it NOW....... Ian Williams
Simon T Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Ps...The other Annabelle Fox on Satin "Gettin' Through to me" is also brilliant...and cheap.....(i think !)
