Just grows and grows then grows some more, into a superb piece of soul (writen by A cooper and a Mr I Levine - not our Mr Levine surely). Just wished it lasted a bit longer.

It was worth listening to Saus DJ at Wilton just to hear him play it - I'd have a dance and then go back outside to interogate whichever poor soul decided to walk past....

Mary Wheeler, I Feel In My Heart, actually quite lame at first before it takes off. Similarly Charlie McCoy, Girl, on Monument, if only the first two thirds were like the last third. Bit of a poppy vocal maybe but great backing track towards the end. Fancy buying a record for the last 50 seconds, doh!

I think our friend is looking for favourite records that start slowly & build to a fantasticly soulful crecendo (usually enders). & i think "Ernie Andrews- Where were you" does take a lot of beating !! Love It !! Makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck !!! Meant to play it at the Worcester Uni do but completely forgot. Definatly play it at the next one on JUNE 10TH !!!
