Anyone know why "Ain't no mountain high enough" is getting more expensive week by week? £25-£30 seems to be about standard now. One went for $51 last night. Is it because Mick Smith played it at the 100 Club once? (My all time favourite Motown record by the way)

Quality Motown never goes out of fashion methinks hence the high price for this, it only takes one or two plays from a big dj and its on the up pricewise, another going for daft prices at the moment is Baby Hit And Run by the Contours

possibly plus the cover by Martha Wash from a few years ago sent some people back to find the original. I play it at weddings and it goes down well.

Then again like Cry To Me the interest might have been renewed by a version on a film soundtrack. Was Remember The Titans that big?
