Guest Johnny One Trout Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 Phil Blacknell played as part of a great crossover set at Broughton North Wales dj a 45 by spartans possibly high 3 fig or more anyone more info Spartans - I don't need another lover - Era We have been playing it in our sets for a while now. As far as i know most of the copies can be traced back to Cliff Steele and Dave Fleming last one i heard of sold for £250 but i'm not really sure what it goes for nowadays. Very reminiscent of Soul Bros Inc - Pyramids IMVFHO but there is a point where the backing sounds suspiciously like the Red Dwarf theme LOL ;o)))) Great record Mike i'll see if i can a scan out later. John Oh sorry Mwahahoarrrrrr for no apparent reason other than i am an Evil Genius with henchmen and everything........

Guest Netspeaky Posted October 8, 2004 Posted October 8, 2004 I played the SPARTANS at Llandudno All nighter last Saturday went down a storm, Ricey even got me to spin it a second around, it had such a buzz on it. If you see it buy it you won't be disappointed, and the price can only go up with a quality sound like this. My mate Phil Blacknell is also spinning it, check him out at Caergwrle tomorrow he's sure to spin it. Keith Money is also trying to track down a copy, so be quick before it becomes big bucks.
