Funny things these "miss heard lyrics"....

The wife used to think, for a long time unknown to me, that Sue Lynn "Don't Pity Me" had the line....

Even when "corrected" swore blind I was "kidding" for a while....

The other more prominent "rib tickler" for me was my mate Tony's partner who had believed for ages that Doug Banks "I Just Kept On Dancing" had the line....

"But I just kept bo didley yes I....".... I kid you not....

And no, she wasn't on drugs.... deeply embarred now though when reminded....
