Sjclement Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Has it been booted? which is the original blue/black or yellow/green
KevH Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Wouldn't have thought so.The blue/black used to be around late 70's.Wigan/Mecca spin.
Dave Thorley Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Yellow and green originals. Think it was a Richard Searling spin 2
Steve G Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Russ also played it dave. It was one of those 10 minute wonders. 2
Garethx Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 The other side of this is a fantastic soul record which despite not having any beat to speak of sounds great now on a big sound system. The yellow/blue label is an original. The blue/black is a bootleg. Lee Mitchell was a brilliant artist. His HL&M singles are awe-inspiring and the rest of his output was never less than very good. 1
Sunnysoul Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Lee Mitchell "Best Shot " equally great record. 1
Dave Thorley Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 Russ also played it dave. It was one of those 10 minute wonders. Now you say that Steve, yes think you're right, a rare moment from Russ 1
