MrsWoodsrules Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 They mostly look like re-issues anyway bar the Pointer Sisters which (I think looks orig). That Coasters is on £42 already! Aid.

The Pointer Sisters looks like the lookalike issue vinyl boot? You can see the red through the grainy dark browny top bit that's meant to be black? Apologies if it's real but looks like a boot to me? The best way to check is to see if the run out is stamped with that fancy S that's on Atlantic originals? Edited November 17, 2012 by Steve Plumb

Chris L Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Sorry for poor quality pictures. The one on the left is an original and on the right re-issue (boot?) Tough to tell the difference.

dthedrug Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 HI ALL I have always wonderd why these to records are classed as Bootlegs, as they both are ATLANTIC RECORDINGS, why are they the only BOOTS from such a vast number of recordings on catalogue? surely they are later limited repressed records, however one the Coasters is snide, DAVE K
