viphitman Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 bloody outsourcing.... it appears records sent registered to Germany are in some areas not processed through the national post office anymore but through the private sector..... the company in use is understaffed with an underpayed workforce and not very well managed.. The delivery attempt notice is not always given so make sure you communicate the tracking number as soon as possible to the buyer/seller.... The pick up points are a little old school and not always close by....now the dry cleaner, barber and so on will hold the parcel for about 7-9 days.....
Denbo Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Whatever happened to good old fashioned German efficiency?
