i have seen a copy of duke browner for sale on ebay , on impact white was this booted on the white label

and is the sound ok on the white boot if it is a boot , i had the red boot from wigan but the sound was really bad , Thanks in advance atb Eddy

Eddy, unless there's a recent one, the only Duke Browner boots are the poor quality red one and an excellent quality gold label one done in 1978.

I think the one you are looking at on Ebay is the gold boot, there is also a red boot on Impact Styrene copy that sounds superb only difference is there is no stamped matrix in the run out groove just scratched in. Atb john.

Didn't know that, never heard of a red styrene one...

thanks for the info lads , the one i looked at, at first i thought it was white , now i have looked at it again , its the gold boot , i have never seen the gold one before , i thought the only boots were the red ones , still looking for the grapevine issue on this , Thanks atb Eddy
