Recently came second on E-Bay for a Motown ISSUE was I lucky or not to have not won it, as up till then had thought it was demo copy only.

Have also noticed quite a few issue's cropping up recently & there is at least one well known record dealer out there who has several issue copy's that keep trickling out occasionally so don't go bidding too high for them.

If it was the one i looked at,it did say "Demo copy" in the listing......but was an issue....well the picture was.

Have an issue myself, paid £30 for it, seen it on lists at £100, what was the final price ?

How many versions is there of this great song ? ,seems to be very oft recorded the ones i can think of are , Carl Carlton , Bobby Womack , Wilson Pickett ,Ruben Howells , The Temptations and the female version by The Supremes + Jimmy Elledge , any more anybody and did it ever hit the charts ?.

Dave, from memory I think it finished at something like £45. It no longer appears in my e-bay did not win list, can they be retrieved ? Mick Perrins.

One of the few tunes I'd be bothered to buy if it came my way. Even tho I have the Carl Carlton version, brilliant record.

on my ebay click on bids/offers, then left hand side- didnt win and past bids should appear.if its not there thats that but why retrieve it, can always search and save search. Good Hunting

i bought issue in pic cover from JM over 20 years ago for £8... didnt think it was rare at all

Just buy the LP, you should get it for around a tenner.
