Greg Belson Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 For set sale.....delivery will be from California The New Heavenly Wonders 'Ain't no love "like Jesus love"' (Soul-tan) M- Price in US DOLLARS = $500.00 Killer Roscoe Robinson related rarity...probably his rare-ist and most obscure disc to locate. Marvelous harmony 45 that tips a healthy nod to Eddie Floyd's 'I've never found a girl'. I originally scored 2 copies of this late last year, and my VG spare got bid up to $500 on my private list...this copy is mint minus and featured in the youtube clip, so figured I'd set sale at the same price. Please PM to reserve, thanks! 2
Greg Belson Posted November 6, 2012 Author Posted November 6, 2012 I'll happily entertain offers on this 45 if anyone thinks the price is off the mark.......cheers!
Pomonkey Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Going to see Roscoe sing this weekend Greg, who knows if he'll include this, he's doing an r'n'b show then a gospel one too so it's possible!!
Greg Belson Posted November 6, 2012 Author Posted November 6, 2012 Eli told me that he's performing with Roscoe this weekend....really wish I could be there for it. He said he's never seen this 45 before, and that he was gonna play the clip I sent him a while back to Roscoe. Turns out it really is a rare'un!!
Greg Belson Posted November 6, 2012 Author Posted November 6, 2012 (edited) Nice 45 when do you think he recorded it? There's very little to go on with regards to the label, mate.....I'm gonna guess it would be sometime near the Eddie Floyd release which would be 1968. I'd say between 1970 and 1972, but I've nothing concrete to back that up. Edited November 6, 2012 by Greg Belson 1
