Ted Massey Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 the issue is rarer than the demo as is Lynn Randell
Steve G Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Must have been two people with large snipes I'd say.
Guest gordon russell Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Must have been two people with large snipes I'd say. and no sense
Wiganer1 Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 great record - my no 02 all time fave oldie paid £200 for my issue 25 years ago
Paul R Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 I know it's all about personal taste(or lack of it), and how many people with money want a particular record, but £900 odd for this & only! £389 for Frankie & the Classicals on Phillips on JMs auction. I'd have though F&TC was rarer. Paul

I'd have though F&TC was rarer. Paul I'd say they are about equally as rare, I can only go on how many copies I've had, and I've had 4 issues and 1 demo of Chapter Five and three issues (there are no demos) of Frankie & The Classicals. Having said that, Chapter Five is worth every penny of whatever anyone pays for it whereas I think the Frankie & The Classicals at £389 is £89 too expensive.
Sheldonsoul Posted November 8, 2012 Author Posted November 8, 2012 Remember buying an issue of hovis at Wigan 78ish for £15 wish I had the fecker now
Guest sharmo 1 Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Hate to say this but still have my non original centre issue that i paid 70 pence for , play's a treat .....worth every penny regards Simon.
Sheldonsoul Posted November 8, 2012 Author Posted November 8, 2012 My mate jimmy Sheard got a demo as a blind guess for 10p from a junk shop, took it to Wigan the same night and to his amazement and ours ycmi came blaring out the speakers we were fookin gobsmacked, think he sold it that nite for a fiver lol
