all 3 were named after there DRUMMER.

??? Harold Melvin was the a lead singer.

That's what I thought. Before embarking on a very sucessful and illlustrious solo career. Never crystal clear about who sang which song at HM and the BNs

Yes I'm sure that Teddy Pandergrass was the lead singer of HM&TBN, although he had a solo career too.

Not sure about the drummer bit tho'
