Great Philly 1969 Radio Show

Not sure if this is of interest to too many but it's great 'snippet' of how the radio airwaves of Philly were back in the late 60s. The DJ is the legendary Sonny Hopson aka The Mighty Burner. There's a great advert for a live show with The Vibrations around the 26 minute mark. Makes a great background sound when working on the computer etc...

a bit drastic that! if your post had said the cd was a recording of the show then that might have helped.. as it was I was merely trying to preserve a piece music to listen to again later.

I did mention it was a CD and that it could be purchased. It's a minefield when dealing with commercially available products and in hindsight maybe I shouldn't have posted it. Lesson learned.

The hair treatment advert Mystery Of Black at 34.00 is fantastic. Do you know if this was ever released (even as an advertising promo) or if any issued track (vinyl or CD) used the same backing track?
