I bought this record many years ago it's a white promo with mono labels both sides

JM says it's a boot/reissue ?

The info i'm giving is in the run out is as follows

Logo @ 12 o'clock read left to right,REP -1185 RPN - 0024 -S -1C F/W L

the f/w & L are @ 6 o'clock to the Logo

Flip reads

Logo @ 12 o'clock REP -1185 RPN - 0024 -1B F/W L these matrix marks read upside down

if Logo is at 12 o'clock

The F/W L marks are 12 o'clock

All the run out details are scribed in no stamped in marks

JM does not give any mention to matrix marks just vinyl and labels

I have played this record with a graphic equalizer and there is 2 different mixes on it ,vinyl is high quality no pin holes in vinyl

any info would be great Thanks Wigan Massive in the Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it's Mono / Mono, then it's a boot. It should be Stereo / Mono for Demo, or brown label for issue.

(Although your markings may suggest a real Mono / Stereo with wrong label on it)

Cheers

I added a bit a few minutes after, saying that although it's labeled Mono both sides, you may have a real Mono / Stereo with wrong label on it. I haven't a demo to hand, but I do remember that the Mono and Stereo versions do sound different.

Soulghost, I think yours is a boot. Like mine. The matrix details off the boot which I have just looked at are

REP 1185 RPN - 0024 - 1B F/W L

and the B side is the same except it says 0024 - 1C instead of 1B
