The Embers 'first played out' type info....

Need this for some research please, I have 'First time' (JCP) sorted - Guy Hennigan at Tony's and other places (and the Janice Long show!), but what about the who played it UK wise, when and which venue for these ones etc...

Aware of love - eEe 45 / LP

Watch out girl - MGM

Crazy bout you baby - eEe

It aint necessary - JCP and Bell

Where did I go wrong - Atlantic

Also after high res scans of 'Where did I go wrong' and specifically the JCP release of 'It aint necessary' - pm me if you can help, appreciated.

Cheers folks, Mark

I remember "Watch Out Girl" from the Mecca (Curtis) circa '75. However, I don't think Colin was first on it. I sure Pep or Sam had the first one but someone else would need to confirm.........

Last hour jobbie with a handful of spins I reckon Dave............ :g:

"Watch Out Girl" was pretty immediate - I remember a bunch of us singing it in the car between Blackpool and Wigan when it first broke....

Thanks guys! Apart from some fine tuning with Where did I go wrong (any advance on the Catacoombs then?) then this leaves 'it ain't necessary' and. 'Aware of love'. 'Necessary' I am guessing is pretty much one of those juat always been around, or was it played on the back of Mamie Galore? And 'Aware ' I get the feeling more recent years, being an Lp track or the rarer 070 flip ?
