Peter99 Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Perhaps not a God Ali - but certainly in my top five of all time masters. I would describe him as a King - but each to their own and he is fecking awesome. Peter 1

Peter Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating a little ;o) however, after seeing him perform last year at Blackburn KGH, for near on 3 hours, without a break, at his age, & overcoming prostate cancer, he is quite godly in my eyes :o) x 1
Seano Posted October 2, 2012 Author Posted October 2, 2012 Ace performance! Best track on the album to me. Got his autobiography for my birthday a while ago and what a journey he's had. "I'm done" - good finish. 1
Guest Dirk Tiggler Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Who from the 'old school' (or any school come to that) has a better voice than Bobby W ? Ade
Alison H Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Ace performance! Best track on the album to me. Got his autobiography for my birthday a while ago and what a journey he's had. "I'm done" - good finish. I liked the "I'm done" as well Beautiful song, I think someone on here once said, he could sing the phone directory and make it sound beautiful. Tremendous voice! Thoroughly enjoyed it, he's soo cool :o))))

Alison H Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 i was there too, couldnt agree with you more Brilliant! You would have seen his band members trying to get him off stage then. Bobby would have sang all night had they let him !! I believe there were sound problems at the back of the room, but from where I was standing (at the front, licking distance from him lol) it was incredible & one of the best performances I have ever seen !!
