Hi Garv, re Dave McCadden i've dropped him a few messages but has yet to reply, really don't know what to say to him actually, great that he still has his sense of humour, I have to have one married to my wife bit pissed this evening, trying to emulate Baz in the drinking stakes is bloody hard work Lenny Edited January 15, 2006 by BIGSOULMAN
Sunnysoul Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Completely gut wrenching and emotionally draining !!! Last time I got so emotional was, I think watching a Grammy Awards in the mid 90's, when the Impressions with Jerry Butler wheeled out Curtis Mayfield in his wheel chair ... seeing such great heroes reduced to mere mortals ... always so devastating ...

Kevin Jones Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 I believe that the footage came from last years concert Live With Levi at the Detroit Symphony Hall. I spoke to two people who went to see the show and there was not a dry eye in the house. For me he was not just the lead singer of the Four Tops, he was the voice of Motown. Listen to their records from the 60s, 70s or the 80s or watch any of their shows and you know that they could really do the business. True professionals through and through. Kev Jones
