I've just been listening to some stuff on SoulClub and this came on and it sounded familiar.

As a result I discovered it on one of the Kent singles (Town 116), was this the only release on vinyl? I'm only going by what it says on John Manships site.

Anybody got anymore info on it, thanks.

An unissued recording from Kent's Dave Hamilton series. This was played in the early 90s by Dean Anderson & Kitch from an acetate which was quite different from the finished product as released by Kent.

Loads of his tracks on Dave Hamilton's Kent CDs and on the new Vol 3 out at the end of Feb. shooting High is now long deleted and hard to find.

He had a frighteningly gruff and tough voice and cut stuff with Jack Taylor later (some still produced by Dave)

The two Kent 45s are the only vinyl of his from Dave's mid 60s period

Thank you!! That was going to do my head in all day going around singing "shoo-be-doo-wop" and trying to remember what it was!
