Guest Duncan Ball Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 thank you mark, i didnt realise theres a soul sorce mafia out there!!! and please explain how do you get good feedback without selling records?
Sammy Seaman Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 happy to pay what i have done for the record i have bought from duncan and the personel touch that he insists you call him to talk about the sale,ie condition, payment, great guy
Bridgesoceity Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Had records off Duncan as far back as the late 90's, no probs, 100% feedback
Soulfulsolutions Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 oh do you mean no feedback? if so ive only just starting selling on here and im sure the feedback will be brilliant thanks Duncan, trouble is, as much as you and I and others want to earn positive feedback for our sales (and purchases for that matter), posting feedback is down to the individual. I've sold enough through soul source to earn the same excellent reputation I have in private sales for well over 25 years and ebay for half that, so unless the buyer goes to the effort of leaving feedback or the idea is enforced the systems no help. You have to start somewhere, great way to do so with those 2 Ric-Tics, Lee
Guest Duncan Ball Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 thanks for that lee, ive asked the lads who have bought off me to leave there feedback and im sure it will be positive. i dont buy rubbish and i deffo wouldn't sell it
Sheep Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 Hi Duncan, my post was relaying info on the Ric-Tic label, then realised it was your sales and probably not the right place to do it.Sorry.

Unless I did know once and just forgot!
Guest NEV Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 This is going to sound highly dubious but I didn't know there was the opportunity to leave feedback for buyers, thought it was just sellers! Unless I did know once and just forgot! Wonder how it would work if you could leave feedback for all those who ask to reserve and never follow through with the item they no longer require ? Longest i had was two months .....and then .."it's ok i found one cheaper elsewhere " that aside ..im grateful to those who leave feedback ,but i still like to think 99% of people on here are trustworthy and therefore have never felt the need to check up on anyone before i buy!
Guest Duncan Ball Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 sheep its no problem. lifes to short lol thanks for your reply , feedback should go both ways i believe
Guest DELORENZO Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Ebay took the whole question of feedback downhill, when the seller was denied the option of leaving negative, that was a complete joke. Fair enough, certain sellers waited for feedback from the buyer before leaving theirs, but for me, once the buyer has paid etc feedback should be left by the seller, they have completed their part of the deal, they have paid ......, it's just the tossers who didn't pay !!!!
