NEV
Fairmount dj v issue v hemisphere ? From what I remember ,only one is actually a vinyl copy ? That will determine price IMHO Link to comment Social source share
Soulboy69
More on Fairmount? Think this is because the Fairmount copies are vinyl and the Hemisphere are styrene and the Fairmount pressing sounds a lot better hence being more desirable . I'm sure i read this somewhere or was told in a drunken conversation. Link to comment Social source share

Garethx
Hemisphere styrene (pressed at Shelley) sounds great. West coast Fairmount (pressed at Monarch) sounds quieter and less dynamic. The Fairmount vinyl copies (striped labels) also sound pretty good. Don't discount the Hemisphere copy just 'cos it's styrene. Chalky
Mine is on Hemisphere and sounds fine. I've heard others say Hemisphere quality not great but not in my experience. Link to comment Social source share
