Guest Scott Simpson Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 Good day to you all, looking for a copy of The Invitations - Watch out little girl (MGM), if anyones got a copy please get in touch and we can discuss. Thanks Scott
Guest Scott Simpson Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 I know it's a fairly hard one to come by already - should of grabbed the two copies I was offered a couple of years back.
paultp Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Whats it going for now anyway? Too much probably. There seems to be one a month on eBay. I bought it ages ago (late 90's) of JM for £70 then got four off ebay for much less in the next couple of years then the price went silly. I doubt it is as rare as people think, its that "in demand" thing again.
Steve Thomas Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 theres one in sales ...just gone in sales today for offers ... supose its all up to how much you want it or are willing to pay ~?
Guest Scott Simpson Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 oh what a suprise, its up there! If the individual had one for sale I am sure that a price could have been worked out - instead offered up to see if he can make even more money.

If the individual had one for sale I am sure that a price could have been worked out - instead offered up to see if he can make even more money. Of course it's up there and I even sent you a PM to say it was there... and the reason why it's offered as bids. I could have just sent it to Mr Manship. Of course I want to get the best price for a record that's in demand however, if you don't offer, you won't be in with a chance. So I suggest you quit your jibber jabber. Steve

Guest Scott Simpson Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 After you had already put it up in the sales section almost 24 hours after you contacted me...
Soulman Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Let's just get one thing straight here. If you refer back to this thread you will see that I posted "What's it going for nowadays". You didn't respond, in fact nobody responded until I decided to put it up for offers. YOU could quite easily have contacted me or simply replied to the thread with you're idea of price which may or may not have influenced my decision on how I decide to sell it. This is the end of the arguement as far as I'm concerned. I've had some serious offers on it and will make my decision Saturday as per the sales thread. Steve
Guest Scott Simpson Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 I'm not wanting to argue over this issue and never have, it was just something that I found slightly off thats all. I didn't respond to that comment regarding price as I didn't totally know myself, as I obviously don't own a copy and have seem them go for a variety of prices from £50 - 200. Good luck with your sale. S
Phild Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 I "may" have a spare of this somewhere. What is it actually going for?
Mace Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 £150 - £200 is it's money.....issues are tougher..... Sick to death of hearing the fcuker personally 1
