After being in & out of northern, modern & crossover I currently find its mid-tempo stuff that floats my boat.

Sample tune attached.

Are there are any clubs playing this, or any individual DJs championing the cause?

Or am I stuck in this groove alone?

Col

Perfect - floats my boat everytime !!!

Greatstone is the place for hearing mid- tempo Col, you'll have to get yourself up this year.

Brett

Ps..To slow to dance to ?.................Think that means i don't know how to ...........

Floor is always full at the Greatstone.

Great tune Col, but a little too slow for the floor. Mind you might just suit your toffee feet style of dancing though. :)

..........and that from a bloke who requires a minimum of 3 square metres dance space all around him :)

Here's another mid tempo track, that in my opinion ......err rocks!

But,

Lets hope Shane & Darcy can get their heads around it.

Thanks Brett,

Had thought Greatstone was not going to be. Had it in my head it was mainly RnB

Obviously wrong on my part

Col, tis not a case of getting your head arond it mate, I have plenty of similar tempo records and really do enjoy them. The Bobby Wilburn track is a great record and I certainly wouldn't mind owning one, it's just that IMHO, I think that it's too slow to dance to. Thought that the 3 Mtr space was cos I didn't wash :)
