I bought a record off this seller and paid for it over 3 weeks ago. I've just chased it up as I haven't received it and he says "I can't find the record in my sales box."

He has refunded me but I am somewhat p*ssed off that he hasn't even bothered to look for a record he's been paid for until the buyer follows it up 3 weeks later.

It's getting worse.

The refund is still "pending" with paypal until 20th August so this tw*t has had my money for nearly 2 months.

When I email him and query this he just replies with "Thank You Paul"

I refunded all your money as soon as I know that I can't find the record. It's not my problem if Paypal take this long time to give you, I haven't got the money in my account since the day that I refunded to you. Ask to Paypal about it...

Can I just butt in here and make a suggestion - if Paul hasn't received the money after all this time, something went wrong with the refund, if you check the email address that you sent it to, it could be wrong? Thats usually why refunds don't go through.

Thanks a lot Pete, but I refunded the money to the same address where he paid to me. I just went into my paypal account and click on "full refund" in the details of his payment.
