tremendous tune bro, been around for years, remember its association with the catacombs...thats how long it goes back, yet even i naively, was unaware of its significance with reference to bob babbitt....well, no-one would...would they?.....the complete anorak probably didnt exist til about 20 years ago...such a very strong detroit production though.

Hi Molly,

Glad you like it. I got it at The Skegness Weekender from a record dealer. Afraid I don't recall their name. It was a recommendation from Andy Basket from Soul Purpose in Hinckley. He played it out when he dee-jayed for me at The Waterfront Blues & Soul Club in York earlier this year. As soon as I heard it I was straight over to the decks to find out what it was. Hence him giving me the nod at Skegness. The guy has got great taste.

The tune is a limited release of a couple of hundred if I recall. Getting some spins around the venues. It is different and in your face.

Am dee-jaying in Blackpool in November so may give it an airing again.

KTF,

Jay

Sadly due to general Knackerdness after 'CHANGE' I mised his set, I do know the quality and originality the man possess and expresses through his tunes though, recently heard him refered to as 'the mad Scientest of northern soul', exploploring the outer reaches of the groove, certainly!
