Hi Kev yes I am sir alternative meat such as Quorn that I'm reliably informed is really formed fungus ect is not what I'd eat .Although I do like vegitarian food such as beans on toast . soups ect and smoking products of course .Glad you liked the spins kind sir be seeing you around regards Number 6.
